8. Child Safety Standards and Zero-Tolerance Policy

9jawap is committed to providing a safe environment and enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

A. Prohibition of CSAE: 9jawap explicitly prohibits all forms of Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). This includes, but is not limited to, the creation, distribution, or storage of any material or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children, such as child grooming or solicitation.

B. Handling and Reporting of CSAM: We will take immediate and appropriate action to address Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM). This action includes the swift removal of content, permanent suspension of the violating user’s account, and reporting confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) or the relevant regional authority, in accordance with applicable laws.

C. Age Restrictions: 9jawap is not intended for users under 13 years of age. If we become aware of a user violating this age restriction, their account and associated data will be deleted.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy to reflect app updates or legal changes. If major updates are made, you’ll be notified via email or in-app message.
