First Unity Estate, Badore, is located in Ajah, the Lekki axis of the Eti-Osa East Local Government Area of Lagos State. It is bordered in the East and North by the Lagos Lagoon, facing Ikorodu, where the Egbin Thermal Plant generates electricity for Lagos, and its environment is directly located. It is bound in the West by the Ado –Langbasa community of Ajah. In the South, the estate shares the boundary with Cooperative Villas owned by the Urban Housing Cooperative.

The most notable institution located very close to First Unity Estate Badore, that could enable a first-time visitor to easily find his way down here, is the Lagos State Model College, Badore along Ado-Badore Road. The major entrance is at the Cooperative Villas Bus Stop. We have an organized means of transportation bringing our residents and visitors alike into the estate by the operators of Tricycles popularly called marwa.

First Unity Estate Badore is emerging as a beautiful estate through the commitment and determination of the property owners and residents and to a limited extent, the cooperation of other members of the local community in Badore. The residents organized themselves under the name First Unity Estate Residents Association (FUERA) Badore. We are registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria; we are also registered as a Community Development Association (CDA) under Eti-Osa East Local Government.

We are working hard to get the nod and recognition of the state government, all in a bid to reap the reward of our commitment to better the efforts of the Lagos State Government to create the enabling environment that will make Lagos a megacity in the shortest possible time.
