Ads & Content Policy

This policy outlines what is and isn’t allowed when promoting posts, pages, events, or brands on the 9jawap platform. All advertisers must comply with this policy to maintain a safe, respectful, and effective environment for users and businesses.

1. General Guidelines

• Ads must comply with all applicable local laws, including consumer protection and advertising regulations.

• All ads must be clear, truthful, and non-deceptive.

• Content must match the landing page or offer being promoted.

• We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates these rules or harms the platform’s reputation.

2. Prohibited Content

Ads must not contain or promote:

• Hate speech, violence, or discrimination of any kind.

• Nudity, adult content, or sexually suggestive material.

• Alcohol, tobacco, or drug-related products (unless pre-approved by the platform).

• Weapons, explosives, or ammunition.

• Gambling, betting, or cryptocurrency schemes.

• Fake, misleading, or clickbait-style offers.

• Scams, pyramid schemes, or money-doubling “investments”.

3. Restricted Content (Requires Approval)

The following categories require prior written approval from the 9jawap team:

• Financial services (e.g. loan apps, forex, investment platforms).

• Medical products or health-related claims.

• Job listings or recruitment agencies.

• Political, electoral, or advocacy content.

• Promotions related to alcohol or mature content (country-specific restrictions apply).

4. Ad Image Guidelines

• Ads must use high-quality images (no blurry, low-resolution, or heavily compressed graphics).

• Avoid using too much text on images.

• No offensive gestures, graphic violence, or shocking imagery.

• Do not include misleading buttons (e.g. fake "play" or "download" buttons).

• All images must respect copyright laws – use only images you own or have rights to.

5. Targeting & Engagement

• Ads must not mislead users about the product, price, or destination.

• You may not target users based on sensitive categories such as race, religion, sexual orientation, or health status.

• No use of false urgency (e.g., “only 1 left!” if not accurate).

6. Landing Page Requirements

• The landing page must function properly and be mobile-friendly.

• It must not auto-download files, install malware, or open popups.

• It must not require a forced login or subscription just to view basic content.

7. Disclosures and Transparency

• All paid promotions must be clearly marked as sponsored.

• If you’re promoting a referral or affiliate offer, this must be clearly disclosed.

8. Consequences of Violations

• Violation of this policy may result in:

  • Ad rejection or removal

  • Temporary suspension of your advertising privileges

  • Permanent ban from 9jawap ads or monetization features

9. Appeals & Review

• If your ad is rejected, you may request a review via our support system.

• Our team will provide feedback or clarification where possible.
