9jawap Payout Policy

1. Eligibility for Payout

• Only Leader Basic 9ja subscribers are eligible for the monthly ₦6,900 reward, subject to content performance and selection criteria.

• Other subscription plans (Leader Pro 9ja, Leader Elite 9ja) do not qualify for monthly payouts but benefit from visibility and promotional tools.

• Users must create at least 12 quality posts per month (minimum 3 per week) to be considered.

2. Identity Verification Requirement

• All users must complete Identity Verification before any withdrawal can be processed.

• Verification is required to ensure compliance with anti-fraud, AML (Anti-Money Laundering), and platform security policies.

• Unverified accounts will not be able to cash out until verification is successfully completed.

3. Withdrawal Process

• Payouts are processed directly into the user’s verified bank account details on file.

• Withdrawals are only available after meeting the monthly payout eligibility requirements.

• Processing time: 3–5 business days after successful verification and payout approval.

4. Non-Transferable & Non-Refundable

• Payout eligibility cannot be transferred to another account.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of payout eligibility status.

5. Fraud & Policy Violation

• Any attempt to submit false identity details or engage in fraudulent activity will result in permanent suspension of the account and forfeiture of payouts.

• 9jawap reserves the right to withhold or reverse payouts if a violation of our Terms of Service or Content Policy is detected.
