What is LASRRA?
LASRRA stands for the Lagos State Residents Registration Agency. It is a Lagos State government initiative established in 2011 to build a centralized, reliable database of everyone living in the state, regardless of age, nationality, or status.
If you are a resident of Lagos (which includes anyone living in the state for 3 months or more), you can begin your enrollment online using the Lagos State Resident Registration Portal.
https://registration.lagosresidents.gov.ng/register/
After filling out the form online, you will be required to visit an approved enrolment center to have your biometric data captured. You will also need to bring specific documents, such as proof of address and a valid form of identification, to complete the process
