Requirements
HND/B.Sc. in Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Finance, or a related field
Experience in the restaurant or hospitality industry
Proficiency in inventory management software
Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets
Understanding of stock control, inventory management, and recipe costing
Male candidates preferred
Responsibilities
Conduct regular store and kitchen stock audits
Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records
Prepare inventory and cost-control reports
Oversee restaurant inventory operations
