Believing that you came from two Jewish or white people when you're Black sounds like self hate. Humanity did not start with two people of a certain race. It started with multiple populations across the planet, evolving over hundreds of thousands of years. The Bible offers no mechanism for how that diversity occurred. It just says we came from two people. You are told that your ancestors came from a single pair of people who looked nothing like you. Your skin color, your hair texture, your features are not part of the original design. They are explained as later variations or curses. Your history, your culture, your genetic lineage are all secondary to a story that centers a different race. That is not just inaccurate. It is psychologically damaging.This story has been used to justify colonization, slavery, and the erasure of indigenous identities across the globe. It tells you that your ancestors were cursed, that your features are a mark of sin, that your civilization was lesser. And it does all of this while claiming to be divine.The scientific reality is clear. Humanity did not start with two people of any one race. Human evolution took place across multiple regions, with diverse populations developing over hundreds of thousands of years. Race is a social construct, not a biblical fact. Believing you came from a single pair of white or Middle Eastern ancestors when you are Black is not faith. It is erasure. And it has been weaponized for centuries.That is exactly why other races chose to have their own religions and their own gods who look like them. They understood that a god who does not look like you cannot save you. He can only colonize you. And the god of the Bible has been colonizing Black people since the first missionary set foot on the continent. That is not salvation. That is a continuation of the same theft. And it is time to stop pretending otherwise.
