Two important platform updates will take effect on Sunday, November 1, 2026. These changes affect VAT on wallet funding and daily 9JC post-minting rewards.
1. VAT on Wallet Funding
In line with applicable Nigerian tax requirements, 9JAWAP TECH SOLUTIONS LIMITED (Tax ID: 2522535190327) will apply 7.5% Value Added Tax (VAT) to wallet funding transactions from November 1, 2026.
VAT will be displayed at checkout and collected with your wallet deposit.

2. Updated 9JC Post-Minting Limits
To support a sustainable reward system and help maintain the stability of the 9JC reward pool, we are removing the daily limit on posts eligible for post-minting rewards.
Effective November 1, 2026, the following rules will apply:
- Reward rate: 5 9JC for each eligible published post.
- Daily post limit: There will be no daily limit on the number of posts eligible for post-minting rewards.
- Daily reset: The reward counter will no longer be restricted by a daily post limit.
You can continue publishing posts and earn 5 9JC for each eligible published post, subject to the platform’s eligibility requirements and applicable reward policies.
This update is intended to encourage meaningful participation while giving creators greater freedom to share content, engage with their audience, and grow their community.
