A WRITER OR A RIGHTERFor me, it's easier to be a writer than to be a righter. But, is it possible to be a good writer if you are not a righter of wrongs? If yes, how can I be a writer without being a righter? If no, how do I become an excellent writer and an eloquent righter simultaneously?As a writer, am I suppose to be a writer and a righter of wrongs, a writer and a righter of religion, a writer and a righter of righteousness, a writer and a righter of relationship, a writer and a righter of rules, a writer and a righter of regulations, a writer and a righter of rumours?Personally, I relish being a writer, but I highly detest being a righter. It is less cumbersome to be a writer and more worrisome to be a righter.Being a writer gives me perfect peace, but being a righter brings me nightmares and tears me into pieces. I can easily navigate my way through life as a writer, but I find my soul falling into a deep ditch of confusion and self condemnation as a righter of other people's wrongs.Each morning as I put my pen on paper to write, I do everything possible to avoid being a righter. The writer in me absolutely doesn't want to be a righter; so I try to make my burden lighter, by being a fighter instead of a righter of other people's wrongs. This is my daily struggle as a writer.
