A boy reportedly swept away by floodwaters in a rural community in Enugu State has been rescued alive, a day after he went missing.

A video circulating on social media on Wednesday showed the boy being found and brought to safety, prompting emotional reactions from people who witnessed the rescue.

A social media user, Uche Nwora, who shared the video, said the incident occurred in Enugu State. However, details about the boy’s identity and the circumstances surrounding the incident were not immediately available.

According to Nwora, the boy was rescued a day after he was swept away by floodwaters.

Eyewitnesses were heard rejoicing and shouting, “Jesus, Igwe, Jesus, Igwe. Halleluyah.”

The rescue comes amid renewed concerns over the dangers posed by flooding, particularly in communities vulnerable to heavy rainfall and poor drainage.

Answers to certain prayers don't come swiftly sometimes; some are like money saved in the bank, God will answer them when he feels is the right time for you, because he knows the best.

I pray for you, yes you that is reading this now may everything that looks like darkness in your life be separated now in Jesus Christ might name 🙏.

That job, that promotion, that sickness is settled now.

Every darkness that covers you not to get married it is seperated now, so says the Lord happy Sunday my beloved.

It is only in Christ you can find rest, stop running from here and there serving God is not realy difficult.

You think it is a burden? But Jesus is saying to you now that it is light and easy good morning.

[6] Humble yourselves, therefore, under God’s mighty hand, that he may lift you up in due time. [7] Cast all your anxiety on him because he cares for you.

Can somebody mark that line "that he may lift you up in due time".

Some of us I include myself! our lifting is due but pride have delayed it; may God have mercy on us and give us a humble spirit to relate with him in Jesus Christ name.

Even that thing that comes your way and you called it favor, off course it is! But forgetfully or unknowingly to you some how, you or your parents must have contributed to it some years ago.

But when God remembered you it is called favor, nothing is free even in free town you gat's parent. Even salvation Jesus gave us is not free you have to work it out with fear and trembling. The bible also says that we restle not against flesh and blood but against principalities and powers, and rulers of darkness.
